Our recent stay at the hotel was fantastic. The location was ideal, right at the start of boat trips across the lake. The room was comfortable and had an en suite bathroom with heating. The breakfast and dinner offered at the hotel were delicious and had a great variety of dishes. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

Cool room theme, felt like staying in a castle. Artificial candles created an ancient ambiance. Friendly and helpful staff. 5-star breakfast. Great location, near the castle and promenade. Easy access to boat trips. Comfortable rooms with Wi-Fi on second floor. Good renovations for comfort

Lucky to find a gem on the promenade with a great location to the ferry that goes to a fantastic town on the other side. I enjoyed the clean and well-facilitated hotel with friendly staff and a delicious breakfast.
Couldn't stay longer.

We were delighted to find that the hotel is nestled right next to the boat trip pier and along the promenade, making it a perfect location for exploring the area. the service was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. the breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the en suite bathroom was tidy and accommodating, and the room was comfortable with some rooms offering stunning views of the seaside.
We did experience some noise from outside since the hotel is located up to the alley.

The beautiful lake view really makes this hotel stand out. Plus, its central location gives easy access to the town's charm. The friendly staff adds a nice touch and the breakfast is simply delicious. One of the best parts of my stay was the spacious and airy room complete with a newly renovated bathroom.
While the furnishings were good in quality, they lacked warmth and personality. The bathroom towels were slightly jagged on the edges.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful during my business trip. the restaurant offered excellent food and outstanding service. the hotel's key location next to the lake and boat trip pier made it easy to explore the charming town around it and enjoy beautiful views from my room.
The hotel's entrance was a bit challenging to locate, and the lack of a reception area made the checking process a bit confusing. the limited breakfast options were sufficient but not elaborate.
